KARITY PICANTE PALETTE REVIEW + SWATCHES

I'm a makeup lover (obviously). Majority of the time, I will be very impulsive and buy a new release or something I really want right away. But for some reason, the Picante palette from Karity was different. I always saw it on Twitter and thought it was gorgeous. The colors just spoke to me. There are even some shades that I don't have in my collection. I finally caved and got it. I tried the palette out for 5 days, so here we go!

Let me tell you a little bit about the palette before I give you my thoughts. The Picante eyeshadow palette is a 21 pan palette with 10 matte shades and 11 shimmer shades. According to the Karity website, the shadows are ultra pigmented, long lasting, have minimal fallout, are finely milled, easy to blend, and are cruelty free. You can create day to night looks with the palette. The retail price is $29.

You guys, I am SO happy that I finally got my hands on this palette. For the price, it's amazing. The pans are actually big, which surprised me when I got the palette in the mail. It lives up to all of the claims on the Karity website. The shadows are VERY pigmented, especially the shimmer shades. Karity really knows how to do shimmers and highlights. You just need one swipe with your finger and you're good. The matte shades are nice and buildable. They look amazing on their own. All of the shadows just work together so nicely. I experienced zero fall out or kick back with the shadows. I think the mix of mattes and shimmers is absolutely perfect. I also really love the mix between neutral and colorful shades. Like I said, you can create so many looks with this palette.

If you've never purchased anything from Karity and want to or have never heard of them and now want to try something, this is it. I promise you will not regret this palette. It's stunning. Like I said previously, it's an amazing palette for warm toned lovers. It's great for day to night looks. The amount of shimmers, mattes, colorful, and neutral shades is perfect. I have nothing but good things to say about the Picante palette. You really do need this in your collection!!
